STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Palmer Engineering seeks a Structural Engineer with 4+ years’ bridge design experience in our Teays Valley, WV office. West Virginia PE is required. MSCE is preferred, but consideration will be given to BSCE candidates with outstanding academic and professional records.

TRAFFIC OPERATIONS ENGINEER
Palmer Engineering has an immediate opening for an experienced Traffic Operations Engineer to join our office in Orlando, Florida. The successful candidate will provide senior-level traffic operations and traffic design expertise on major transportation projects throughout Florida.

Job Requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering and four (4) years experience in transportation engineering. Demonstrated experience in all areas of traffic operations design, including highway signing, pavement markings, signalization, and traffic studies. Experience with FDOT plans preparation utilizing MicroStation and Geopak software. Ability to actively manage scope, schedule, budget, communications, and documentation on multiple projects. Florida P.E. and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (P.T.O.E) certificate preferred.
