Winchester Avenue Article Receives National ASHE Award
Palmer Engineering is proud to share that the article featuring our Winchester Avenue project in Ashland, Kentucky received the 1st Place Champion Award in the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) “Scanner Article of the Year” (SAY) Awards.

The award was presented at the 2026 ASHE National Conference in Washington, D.C., where Kevin Damron, PE, of Palmer Engineering and President of the ASHE Bluegrass Section, accepted the honor on behalf of the project team.
