David Lindeman Presents ASHE Award to City of Winchester for High Side Project

David Lindeman, PE, Vice President of Palmer Engineering, recently attended a Winchester City Commission meeting to present city officials with an award from the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) recognizing the Winchester High Side Project as the Project of the Year Award in the under-$10 million category for its eight-state Great Lakes region.

Pictured with David are Mayor Reed and City Commissioners Jason Stanfield, Kitty Strode, and Joe Chenault.

During the meeting, Lindeman thanked the City of Winchester for selecting Palmer Engineering for the project and for its partnership throughout the process.

“We really appreciate the city selecting us for that project (and) working with us,” Lindeman said. “It was a challenging project…but I think it turned out great. It really looks awesome out there.”

The award recognizes the collaborative efforts of the City of Winchester, the project owner; Palmer Engineering, the design firm; and The Allen Company, the construction contractor.
