Ryan Steffen Participates in Leadership PE Program

Palmer Engineering is proud to recognize Ryan Steffen, PE, Project Manager in our Northern Kentucky office, for his participation in the Leadership PE Class.

Last week, members of the class traveled to Frankfort, Kentucky, where they joined representatives from the American Council of Engineering Companies of Kentucky (ACEC-KY) and the National Society of Professional Engineers Kentucky (NSPE-KY) for a breakfast reception with members of the Kentucky General Assembly. The group also welcomed Lt. Governor Jacqueline Coleman and Attorney General Russell Coleman at the Kentucky Engineering Center, where they shared valuable perspectives on leadership and public service.

Leadership PE is a competitive seven-month program designed to help engineers at all stages of their careers strengthen leadership skills, advance professionally, and become more engaged in their communities. The program includes professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and collaboration with industry and community leaders across Kentucky.

Ryan’s participation reflects Palmer Engineering’s continued commitment to developing strong leaders within the engineering profession and supporting involvement in programs that strengthen our communities.
