Ryan Steffen, PE Selected for the 2025-26 NSPE-KY Leadership Class

We are proud to announce that Ryan Steffen, PE, Project Manager in Palmer’s Northern Kentucky office, has been named to the 2025-26 NSPE-KY Leadership PE Class!

Leadership PE is a prestigious leadership development program designed to encourage, strengthen, and advance the professional careers and civic engagement of engineers at all levels—from entry to upper-level professionals.

The seven-month program includes:

• Seven organized career-training sessions

• Networking opportunities with peers and community leaders

• One-on-one meetings with business decision-makers

Participants are selected each year from a competitive pool, making Ryan’s selection a notable achievement and a testament to his leadership skills and dedication to the engineering profession.
