Palmer Engineering Featured in ASPIRE Magazine

We’re honored to be featured in the Spring 2025 issue of ASPIRE Magazine! The article highlights Palmer Engineering’s 55-year legacy of delivering innovative, resilient infrastructure solutions across Appalachia and beyond.

From our roots as a small surveying firm in Winchester, KY, to designing some of the tallest piers in the eastern U.S., our story is one of growth, integrity, and technical excellence. The feature showcases our work on complex bridge replacements, emergency response efforts, and advanced inspection technologies — including drone-mounted infrared cameras on multi-span structures in Ohio.
