Palmer Engineers Present Safety Study Findings in Pikeville

Palmer Engineering’s Kevin Damron, Josh Coburn, and Clay Smith presented the findings of the Hambley Boulevard study during a recent City of Pikeville Commissioners Meeting. The study evaluated opportunities to improve safety and connectivity along the corridor and identified recommendations that include a shared-use path from Barrett Avenue to Lorraine Street, as well as targeted improvements to help calm traffic and to introduce safer pedestrian crossings.
