Downtown Winchester has been transformed through the Main Street High Side Project — enhancing accessibility, walkability, and the visitor experience between Broadway Street and Lexington Avenue. Palmer Engineering served as engineering consultant alongside The Allen Company and the City of Winchester.

This year marked our 22nd Annual Trick-or-Treat Auction, where fun, laughter, and generosity came together for a great cause as we raised nearly $1,500 for Honor Flight Kentucky.
